A juried exhibition honoring influential Texas women through large-scale contemporary artwork by Texas artists at the McKinney Cotton Mill.
In celebration of America 250, MillHouse Foundation and the Cotton Mill Partners announce the inaugural Cotton Mill Arts District Atrium Gallery Exhibition honoring Trailblazing Texas Wonder Women.
The America 250: Texas Trailblazing Wonder Women Exhibition debuts the first-ever Atrium Gallery at the McKinney Cotton Mill Arts District. This juried exhibition features 25 large-scale original artworks by Texas artists, each honoring influential Texas women who helped shape history through leadership, creativity, activism, and innovation.
Presented in a walk-through gallery setting, the collection highlights iconic figures through bold contemporary interpretations while celebrating the legacy and impact of women across Texas history. All artwork will be available for purchase.
The exhibition is free and open to the public and located in the Cotton Mill’s Atrium Hallway near MillHouse Foundation and White Box Roastery.
