Deborah Bradford is a visionary leader whose passion for empowerment and transformation has touched countless lives. Her journey as a community leader, advocate, and organizer is marked by her unwavering commitment to uplifting individuals, families, and communities. She leads with compassion and purpose, bridging community needs with municipal leadership and inspiring strategic collaboration for positive change.

Deborah serves as a Board Member of the McKinney Community Development Corporation, helping shape decisions that enhance quality of life and foster business growth in McKinney. She is also Co-Pastor of New Jerusalem Baptist Church, where her dedication to service and community continues to flourish.

Her heart for service is also evident through her nonprofit, The Community Care Project, where she leads initiatives focused on community wellness, personal development, and transformational outreach. Deborah is also the founder of Beauty Secrets, a transformational leadership and empowerment forum dedicated to nurturing the whole woman—physically, spiritually, emotionally, and professionally. Through this work, she provides a safe and empowering space for women to discover their purpose, strengthen their leadership capacity, and walk confidently in their identity.

During this session, Deborah will encourage women to live intentionally and purposefully while embracing the idea that true leadership begins from within.
