Summer ArtFest returns to MillHouse McKinney for a two-day celebration of fine art, creativity, and community inside the historic Cotton Mill. Explore a juried indoor fine art festival featuring talented artists and makers from across the region while discovering original artwork, meeting the artists behind each piece, and experiencing one of McKinney’s most iconic historic buildings.
Hosted by MillHouse McKinney and Cotton Mill Partners, Ltd., Summer ArtFest showcases an exceptional collection of 60 juried artists selected for the quality and originality of their work. Located inside the beautifully restored Cotton Mill, originally built in 1910, Summer ArtFest offers a one-of-a-kind shopping and cultural experience unlike any other in North Texas.

Free parking is available in Cotton Mill Lots A and B, as well as across the street. ADA parking is available in Lot A, with an additional ADA-accessible space located in Lot B.
