Sostenuto Community Chorus of North Texas invites you to attend our December 16 concert, “REJOICE!”  Join us for an evening of JOYful music as we celebrate this most wonderful time of the year in song.  Hear traditional carols with exciting current arrangements including Deck the Halls in 7/8 (tricky!!), Ding Dong Merrily on High, Good People All Rejoice and more.  We will feature a fairly new major work, Magnificat, a gorgeous five movement setting of the Magnificat, the song of Mary expressing her joy in what God is doing.  Magnificat is written by local composer and conductor, Taylor Scott Davis.

The concert will be presented with one performance on December 16 at First McKinney, 1615 W. Louisiana Street, at 7:30 p.m., in their festively decorated Worship Center, all in time to bring loads of good cheer. A 501c3, Sostenuto welcomes your $10 (or more!) suggested donation.
