Frisco ISD Announces Community Engagement Sessions for Superintendent Search

Frisco ISD is inviting community members and district staff to participate in upcoming engagement sessions as part of the district’s superintendent search process. The sessions are being facilitated by Impact Education Specialists, the search firm leading the effort in anticipation of Dr. Waldrip’s upcoming retirement.

Impact Education Specialists has two planned dates to develop the profile of a potential superintendent candidate through community and staff feedback. These sessions provide an opportunity for stakeholder involvement in collecting key information to help the Board as it navigates the search process.

Community Engagement Schedule

All sessions will be held at the FISD Administration Building, 5515 Ohio Drive.

Thursday, January 15

  • 10 a.m. & 11 a.m. – PTA, Boosters, Civic Organizations and City Leadership

  • 1 p.m. & 2 p.m. – Central Administration, Directors, and Support Staff

  • 4 p.m. & 5 p.m. – Campus Faculty and Staff

  • 6 p.m. & 7 p.m. – Community

Wednesday, January 21

  • 10 a.m. & 11 a.m. – PTA, Boosters, Civic Organizations and City Leadership

  • 1 p.m. & 2 p.m. – Central Administration, Directors, and Support Staff

  • 4 p.m. & 5 p.m. – Campus Faculty and Staff

  • 6 p.m. & 7 p.m. – Community

Community members, staff, and organizational partners are encouraged to attend the session that best aligns with their role or availability. Input gathered during these meetings will play a key role in shaping the qualities and priorities sought in Frisco ISD’s next superintendent.
