Mark Deno has been appointed as the new CEO of Medical City McKinney, effective August 1, succeeding Ernest Lynch, who retired after over two decades of service. Allen Harrison, president of Medical City Healthcare, expressed confidence in Deno’s ability to elevate the hospital’s standard of care, citing his strategic leadership and commitment to high-quality healthcare. Previously, Deno served as CEO of Medical City North Hills, where he achieved numerous accolades, including five-star ratings in various specialties and advanced certifications. Deno’s career with HCA Healthcare began in 2014, and he holds an MBA from American Intercontinental University and a BS in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
