TUPPS hosted the official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for The Silos at TUPPS on Saturday, March 7. The celebration featured live music, food, craft beer, cocktails, and shopping and invited the community to experience a new era of local entrepreneurship in a setting built on family, creativity, and community.
What began in 2009 as a homebrew hobby in founder Keith Lewis’ garage has grown into one of Texas’ most recognized craft breweries and now, a launchpad for small businesses. The Silos at TUPPS evolved the original B.Y.O.B. Courtyard (Build Your Own Business) concept into six permanent, experiential retail spaces housed in iconic grain bins.
“TUPPS started as a family dream,” said Lewis. “We built it from the ground up, and we want others to have that same opportunity. The Silos are about heart, hustle, and giving people a place to grow.”

Building Businesses. Building Community.
Unlike traditional marketplaces, TUPPS does not take a percentage of sales from silo tenants — reinforcing its mission to provide affordable, entrepreneurial launchpads for small businesses while offering mentorship and operational guidance.
The Silos at TUPPS extend the brewery’s founding philosophy: create a welcoming place where people gather, connect, and discover something new with every visit.
“This is our Official TUPPS Chill Zone,” Lewis says. “As crazy as the world gets, this is a place where you can grab a beer, enjoy live music, shop local, and just hang out.”
