City officials tabled a discussion about a zoning request for a new cell tower near the corner of US 380 and Lake Forest after council members inquired about building the tower at a different location. The current zoning request would allow for a 120-foot tall cell tower to be built adjacent to the houses on Meadow Ranch Road. Council plans to reconsider the item at a May 20 meeting. In the meantime, city officials will assist in finding an alternative location at the intersection.
