Tell us about your business: I have 23 years’ experience assisting military families, seniors, first time home buyers, family and friends navigate all their Real Estate needs. I network across the country to ensure that I can personally refer you to the best resources wherever life may take you. I am your Dream Home Matchmaker.
How have you benefited from being an Ambassador- or comment about your experience – Why are you an Ambassador?:
I have been an Ambassador for eight years. Over that time, I have met dozens of new McKinney Business Owners, leaders in the community, forged new friendships both personal and professional. The McKinney Chamber is Unique in that its members are family – I am a volunteer Ambassador because I want to share my passion for McKinney with my neighboring business owners.
Tell us about your involvement in the community: McKinnians are all about their community. We do not fall short of non-profits and the services that they provide. We are never at a loss for volunteerism and I am proud to serve as a member of the McKinney Family YMCA Board of Managers. With a graduating Senior at McKinney North High School, I have been involved with our Bulldawg Band Boosters for the past 4 years. I love serving as the Neighborhood Watch Chair in my Ridgecrest community and the coordinator of our annual “National Night Out Event” with our local law enforcement officers.
What are your hobbies: We are in the middle of restoring my husbands’ first car, a 1965 Mustang Convertible. We belong to several local “Jeep” clubs and love attending car shows across the State. We like to travel in all forms from RV’ing to traveling abroad. One of our favorite new destinations has been down to Belize, where we plan on going again this June to celebrate my son’s Senior High School graduation.
Tell us a little about you and your family: I am a Native Texan, with my family dating back to The Alamo. My great, great, great, Uncle Thomas Mitchell Campbell served as a Governor for the State of Texas from 1907-1911. I grew up in Rockwall and my parents still reside in our family home. Cole is my only child and will be 16 this year. He is a Freshman @ Melissa High School and plays football for the Melissa Cardinals. We have 2 dogs, Cash and Landry. Downtown McKinney is my favorite place in North Texas! I am also a registered yoga instructor, with having taught over 1,000 yoga classes since 2013. I also have a background in hospitality/catering, so ask me my favorite restaurants!
