A Dave and Buster’s arcade and entertainment center and an EoS Fitness will be available later this year when the second phase of the Plaza at Fort Buckner development is completed. The retail center, located near the northwest corner of US 380 and Hardin Boulevard, already features a number of restaurants, retail shops and service businesses. Construction on the second phase of development began in early February.
