Less than five years after city approval, West Grove is welcoming shoppers as the first two phases of the 52-acre mixed-use project open. Once complete, it will include 500,000 square feet of retail and dining, plus 55,000 square feet of residential space with luxury apartments. So far, businesses like OrangeTwist, Velvet Taco, and Chewy Vet Care have opened. Developed by Dallas-based De La Vega Development, construction began in early 2023. Phase three is set to begin in 2026.
