Barb
Barb Delk’s superpower is connectivity. She has the power to provide real benefits that make a difference and consistently leads her contacts toward potential opportunities. With over 20 years holding public facing roles in the community, Barb may be considered by some as an information broker. She works with her contacts to swiftly determine how to provide solutions that benefit all parties. Her experience ranges from management consultation, team building, professional & business development, & strategic implementation, B2B sales and consumer sales. Barb is a graduate of Leadership Plano, Leadership Flower Mound & Leadership McKinney. She fell in love with the City of McKinney 5 years ago when she accepted the GM role at Community Impact Newspaper. She was an active board member on the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, McKinney YMCA & Collin County LifefPath Systems Foundation. (Just to name a few). She was born and raised in NH but has been a Texas native since 2013.
Molly
As a theatre educator for 11 years, Molly Courtright specialized in planning and managing multi-faceted events. With a heart for community and connection, Molly thrives in a space of service to others. She is thrilled to be back home in the metroplex after six years in Philadelphia, and looks forward to growing in her new role as Event Manager.
