Tell us about your business. We are the City of McKinney’s premier recreation center. The Apex Centre offers a fitness facility with a gymnasium, cycle studio and elevated indoor track. We also offer an indoor competition pool, indoor/outdoor leisure pools, indoor sauna, a supervised playroom, classrooms and party rooms.
Why are you an Ambassador? As an Ambassador, I’m able to build strong connections within our business community—welcoming new businesses, helping create meaningful partnerships, and actively supporting the growth and success of our local community.
Tell us about your involvement in the Community: I stay actively connected to the community through supporting local businesses, attending community events, and building relationships that strengthen our local network. I’m particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to serve as a connector—welcoming new businesses, fostering collaboration, and helping others feel engaged and supported.
What are your hobbies? I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks or enjoying a good hike. At home, my family and I enjoy slowing down with a good book and working on puzzles together—simple moments that mean a lot to us.
Tell us a bit about yourself and your family: I’m a native Texan who grew up in West Texas and have proudly called the DFW area home for the past 20 years. While working for the City of McKinney, for the last four years, we have truly loved getting to experience this city. We love trying new local restaurants, exploring our parks, attending community events, and staying active together.
