City Council adopted the FY 2025-26 budget on Sept. 2, lowering the property tax rate to $0.412284 per $100 valuation from last year’s $0.415513. The plan raises water and wastewater rates 4% and 5%. The plan funds 59 new positions and sets general fund revenues and expenses at $232.2M, up $12.7M from last fiscal year.
