This week we're looking at McKinney vs. Chandler, Arizona.
Obviously, both cities are very different, their climates are different and so are the home architectures. But what is similar is that both cities and metro areas are attracting people right now.
What we found in the $600,000-$700,000 was a major difference in available resales. Actually no resales were available in that price point in McKinney this week, while many were in Chandler. And McKinney offers lots of options for new construction builds compared to what Chandler has on the market.
