by | May 29, 2026

The McKinney Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrated the graduation of the Leadership McKinney Class of 2026, presented by Title Sponsor James Jenkins with RiskWell, with Graduation Sponsor Encore Wire and Reception Sponsor Commercial Bank of Texas.
Leadership McKinney is a premier nine-month immersive leadership program designed to identify, develop, and inspire future leaders who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the McKinney community. The Class of 2026 began their journey in August 2025 and spent the past several months building relationships, expanding their understanding of the community, and strengthening their leadership skills.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in in-depth sessions focused on key areas that shape McKinney, including economic development, education, healthcare, local government, public safety, nonprofit services, infrastructure, and community engagement. Graduates experienced behind-the-scenes access to organizations and leaders throughout the city while participating in collaborative discussions and hands-on learning opportunities designed to challenge and inspire them as servant leaders.
These 35 graduates have demonstrated a strong commitment to personal growth, professional development, and community leadership. The Chamber is proud to recognize their accomplishments and looks forward to the continued impact they will make throughout McKinney and beyond.
