In March 2022 the McKinney Chamber’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force hosted a C-Suite Leadership Roundtable at TPC Craig Ranch with special guest Jim Greer, COO of Oncor sharing insights on how their corporation has implemented inclusive practices and policies that has bolstered their bottom line and improved their organizations culture.

Don McKneely, Chair of the Chamber’s DEI Board tasks force, helped organize this event (with the support from David Craig) with the goal of bringing together other C-Suite Executives to discuss the importance of DEI initiatives and programs within their corporations and the City of McKinney as a whole.
