McKinney Chamber of Commerce Celebrates Success and Looks to the Future at Annual Business Meeting

The McKinney Chamber of Commerce recently hosted its Annual Business Meeting, bringing together business leaders, community members, and stakeholders to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and set the stage for the future.

President and CEO Lisa Hermes kicked off the event with an inspiring address, highlighting the Chamber’s successes over the past year. Attendees also had the opportunity to view a “Year in Review” video, produced by Celebrate Media Group, showcasing the Chamber’s milestones and impact on the local business community.

The event provided a platform to recognize outstanding contributions, including honoring the Ambassador Team of the Year. The dedicated members recognized were Chris Hallmark, Gus Cabarcas, Kim Kirschner, Garrett Moore, Jeana Penny, David Riche, Andrea Harvey-Rodgers, Kelly Rudiger, and Lori Schnier. In addition, Kelsey Gleason was celebrated as the Ambassador of the Year for her exceptional service and commitment.

Incoming Board Chair Harold McCleod took the stage to share his vision for the Chamber in 2025. With over 30 years of experience in banking, McCleod emphasized strategic growth, enhanced member engagement, and fostering economic development within the community.
