That was the case for a family who recently purchased a home in McKinney that had all of those features, plus quite a bit more.
The 4 bedroom and 3 full bath home, which was sold in May, has 2,526 square feet inside but sits on a whopping 13,461 square foot lot. The home is located near the Stonebridge Ranch Country Club and Adriatic Village.
“Corner lots tend to be more desirable due to the larger lot size,” said Realtor Lacy Zihlman, who sold the house. “This one in particular is about twice the size of most lots in the neighborhood.”
The family who sold the house lived there for two years and moved out of state to be closer to family.
“There’s plenty of room for people and pets to run and play at their house,” said Lacy, who is a Realtor with Astra Realty. “At this house, you could even put in a swimming pool.”
