Realtor Carie Dallmann recently got the opportunity to play a role in helping pick who her new neighbor was going to be.
Carie, who is a Realtor with RE/MAX Four Corners in McKinney and has lived in Craig Ranch for three years, had the chance to sell the house right next door to her.
“I would describe the neighborhood as fun,” she said. “I’m excited to bring people in. It’s exciting to promote where you live.”
Carie has sold three homes in Craig Ranch over the past year, including the one right next door. She said that everyone in the neighborhood is “truly nice” and the connection over the neighborhood’s Facebook page is fun and quite helpful for residents.
According to Carie, one big plus to living and buying a home in Craig Ranch is that it is still affordable.
Craig Ranch, located in southwest McKinney, right off of Highway 121, offers medium to large floorplans, rental homes, apartments, and even a 55-plus neighborhood. There’s an on site school and a plethora of amenities including the Craig Ranch Fitness and Spa, which offers aquatics, tennis, a running track and a coffee shop.
Also, there’s more than 400 acres of green space that connects running and biking trails to TPC Craig Ranch Golf Club, where the AT&T Byron Nelson Tournament is held.
The community sits on 233 acres and home prices range from $350,000 to $1.7 million, with a median price of $490,000.
